COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
All services are provided within a clear and structured therapeutic framework, designed to ensure safety, continuity, and clinical effectiveness.
Sessions
Therapy, coaching, assessments, emergency support, and home interventions are provided within different professional frameworks.
Clients are responsible for respecting session times, the therapeutic framework, and payment conditions.
Sessions can be offered online or on-site. The center is in Malaga Capital.
They are confidential and protected by professional secrecy.
Services can be performed in French, English, and Spanish.
Regular therapy sessions take place within a scheduled therapeutic framework.
The practice does not operate as a 24/7 crisis service.
Emergency and home interventions are outside regular therapy sessions and follow specific clinical and financial conditions.
Duration of a session
The duration of a standard individual session is 55 minutes. Of this, approximately 45 minutes are substantive (working on the goals from the treatment plan) and about 15 minutes are reserved for careful completion of the session and/or discussing the progress and/or discussing practical matters.

any hour started will be charged in full.
Payment
All therapy sessions must be paid at the time of booking through Bizum, Stripe, or Bank Transfer. Regarding psychological evaluations, half of the cost must be paid at the time of booking and the remaining balance on the day of the evaluation.
Treatment plan
If you decide to start a therapy program with me, I will draw up a treatment plan. This plan describes the intended goals of the therapy, the agreed approach as well as the expected intensity and duration of the treatment. Sometimes a second or even third consultation is needed before such a plan can be drawn up. The treatment plan is always discussed with you personally, as well as the general (lower) conditions that apply to a counseling program in my practice.
Group therapy and Family therapy
*Prices appearing are for groups and families of up to 5 people.

Group, family, and couple therapies take place within a structured therapeutic framework, require prior registration or agreement, and follow a defined session format and duration.
The presence of all persons concerned is not required for the therapy to be applied.
Cancellation and missed sessions
Appointments are reserved specifically for you and must be paid at the time of booking.
– Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 48 hours in advance are not charged.
– Cancellations made the day before the session are charged 50% of the session fee.
– Cancellations made on the same day or failure to attend the session are charged 100% of the session fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations disrupt the therapeutic process.
If you have two no-shows in a row without prior notice, the follow-up will be terminated.
If a client cancels or misses three consecutive sessions without respecting the 48-hour notice, the follow-up will be discontinued.
As a therapist, in cases of force majeure (such as illness, serious personal or professional emergencies, or legal obligations), I may exceptionally cancel or reschedule a session. In such cases, a new appointment will be arranged in consultation with the client.
These conditions exist to protect the therapeutic process and ensure continuity of care. By booking a session, clients accept these conditions.
Evaluations
Psychological assessments are carried out after an initial consultation.
The type of assessment is determined clinically based on the situation and needs identified during this first session.
Written reporting
Written reports or certificates are provided only upon written request and with the client’s consent.
They are prepared outside of therapy sessions and are subject to an additional fee.
Any translation into another language is charged separately according to the language requested.

EMERGENCY CALLS, EMERGENCIES AT NIGHT AND INTERVENTION AT HOME
Emergency calls:
Patients making calls lasting more than 10 minutes will be charged. They will be charged hourly as emergency sessions to be paid through immediate transfer, Bizum, or Stripe.
Psychotherapy and coaching: €85 per hour
Couple therapy: €115 per hour
Emergencies at night:
