Clinical Psychotherapy at Malaga Therapy
At Malaga Therapy, therapeutic work is grounded in a clear, structured, and ethical clinical framework. The work is not organised around techniques or predefined outcomes. It is organised around psychological processes, containment, and long-term integration. Different therapeutic approaches may be used depending on the clinical situation, the stage of the process, and the needs of the person. These approaches are not applied mechanically and are never used as standalone solutions. The therapeutic frame remains stable throughout the work. Approaches support the process — they do not define it.
How services are offered
Services at Malaga Therapy are not “options to choose from”.
They represent different clinical orientations that may be integrated within the same therapeutic process.
Not all approaches are used with every person.
Some may be central, others supportive, and some not relevant at all.
The choice is guided by clinical judgment, ethical positioning, and the rhythm of the work.
