Who needs therapy? Part 4

Is psychotherapy right for personal growth?

  • Does the idea of engaging with a competent person who is practised in helping people see themselves and their lives in new ways sound appealing?

  • Are you interested in developing a deeper understanding of yourself, your emotions and actions, and how to change?

  • Would establishing a trusting relationship with a neutral, knowledgeable person who is willing to offer their impressions, thoughts and support be helpful?

  • Might your relationships improve if you took some time to think more deeply about how you participate in them? Is this important to you?

  • Are you taking the steps you need to live the kind of life you want to? Would you like this to change?

  • Would you like to speak to another caring, competent and skilled human being who understands something about overcoming internal and external blocks to personal development and psychological and emotional growth?
